The Healthy Workplace Bill has NO FISCAL IMPACT on the New York State Budget and DOES NOT REQUIRE STATE OVERSIGHT

The bill contributes to the efficiency and productivity for business and government by addressing workplace bullying at its onset that if left unchecked, negatively and progressively impacts: Health Insurance Premiums, Workers Compensation Premiums, Disability Insurance, Turnover, Productivity and Employee use of sick time
